On April 7th, 2016, the team at Info Pursuit will be hosting Office Protocol Seminar for business professionals and persons looking to brush up on their customer service skills.
This seminar will be held at Public Worker’s Union Conference Room, Tanteen, St. George from 5pm-7pm which is great for persons with a full-time job who will like to attend. The facilitator will be Ms. Alison Lett, Deputy Comptroller (Acting) at the Grenada Customs & Excise Division. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration – International Business from the St. George’s University.
The topics covered promises to get persons interested in customer service, on their way to adopting an effective customer service strategy. You will receive tips to better customer service, how to receive visitors/customers when they come into your business space, adopting a professional image, time management to aid with timely delivery of tasks/projects, pleasant phone communication and ways to compose your emails using the right tone. The package includes training materials, refreshments and CERTIFICATE approved and signed by Ministry of Education & Human Resource Development, Grenada. ALL OF THIS FOR ONLY EC$60.00.
