HR in Business Excellence is an agency which provides training workshops in Human Resource Management, Employee Development Programs and any other assistance businesses need to ensure that their employees perform at optimum level.

HR In Business Excellence is owned by Hermione Regis, UK qualified (PGDip HRM (MCIPD)) Human Resource and Training Consultant, who will be hosting a 1/2 day workshop in Communicating Effectively In the Workplace. The workshop will be held at the Public Worker’s Union Building, Tanteen, St. George on Thursday 27th April, 2017 from 9:00am – 12:30pm.

The workshop is suitable for receptionists, secretaries, sales representatives, office & other front-line workers andΒ is designed to:

1. Help employees IMPROVE the way that they Communicate with internal & external customers.

2. Provide an UNDERSTANDING of this most talked about & least understood area of human behaviour.

3. Provide KEYS TO MASTERING the art of communication and provide solutions for personal

improvement.

Workshop Costs $120 per person, $210 for 2 persons and $100/pp for groups of 5 persons and more.
